My research focuses on contemporary business, industry and social challenges through systematic empirical investigation, quantitative analysis and evidence-based interpretation. The work spans business management, MSMEs, retail, consumer behaviour, digital transformation, Industry 5.0, healthcare, human resources, education and emerging technologies.
My research approach combines research design, primary data collection, statistical analysis and multidisciplinary perspectives to generate insights that are relevant to academia, industry and society.
